chocolate mousse

To pamper yourself a little recipe of chocolate mousse.

 

You will need:

- 3 eggs

- 100 g of chocolate

-2 Cups water

- 2 hollow containers (bowls)

- A whip

- An electric beater

- A wooden spatula

- 1 pot

preparation

Melt chcolat (1-2 min with water) while stirring. Yolks while whisking. Then beat the egg whites *, gently add using a spatule.Faites sit preparation 2-3 h.Puis pour 20 g of mixture into each glass (or mini-terrines).
